Terms of Service
Effective June 23, 2026
ACP is software for managing leads, calls, texts, email and appointments. It’s run by HS Ventures Inc., a company based in Ontario, Canada (“ACP”, “we”, “us”). These terms apply whenever you use ACP at app.acp.cx. If you use ACP for a company, “you” means you and that company, and you confirm you’re allowed to accept these terms for it. By signing in, you agree to them. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle information.
In short
- Your data belongs to you. We use it only to run ACP for you, and we never sell it.
- You’re responsible for having permission before you call, text or email anyone from ACP.
- Keep your password to yourself. You’re responsible for what’s done under your account.
- You can stop at any time and take a copy of your data with you.
Your account
Your company’s admin invites you to ACP, or we set up your account for you. Use your own account: don’t share your password or let anyone else sign in as you. You’re responsible for everything done under your account. If you think someone else has used it, change your password and email support@acp.cx right away.
Admins decide who on their team has access and what each person’s role allows. When someone leaves your team, deactivate their account.
Your data
Your data is everything you or your team put into ACP or bring in through it: leads, notes, call recordings and transcripts, texts, emails, appointments and settings. It belongs to you.
You let us store, copy, process and send your data only as needed to run ACP for you, keep it secure, fix problems and follow the law. We don’t sell your data, and we don’t use it to train AI models.
You confirm you have the right to put your data into ACP and to have us process it this way, including information about other people, such as your leads.
You can export your leads as a CSV file from ACP at any time.
Calling, texting and emailing
ACP lets you call, text and email people, run AI voice calls, and send messages automatically through workflows. You decide who to contact and what to say, so you’re responsible for doing it lawfully. That means:
- getting and keeping any consent the law requires before you contact someone, including for automated calls and texts and for calls that use an AI or prerecorded voice;
- following the laws that apply to you, such as the Telephone Consumer Protection Act, the Telemarketing Sales Rule, do-not-call rules, Canada’s Anti-Spam Legislation, the CAN-SPAM Act, and state and provincial telemarketing laws;
- honoring opt-outs quickly, including STOP replies, unsubscribe requests and do-not-call requests;
- following your phone and texting providers’ rules, including text-message registration.
ACP has tools that help, such as consent records, opt-out tracking, unsubscribe links and a setting that skips messages outside business hours. Using them doesn’t make you compliant on its own, and we don’t give legal advice.
Call recording and AI
Calls made or answered through ACP’s phone are recorded and transcribed, and AI voice calls can be too. ACP doesn’t play a message telling the other person the call is recorded. Some places require you to tell everyone on a call, or get their agreement, before you record it. You’re responsible for giving any notice and getting any consent the law requires, including telling people they’re talking to an AI where that’s required.
ACP uses AI to transcribe calls and label how they went. AI can get things wrong, so check anything important before you rely on it.
Services you connect
ACP works with other services, such as Twilio, Retell AI, Google, Zoom, Cal.com, Stripe, Meta and Telegram. Some are connected with your own account at that provider. When you connect a service:
- you let ACP access it and act in it for you, for example to place calls, send email from your mailbox or update your calendar;
- that provider’s terms apply between you and them, and you pay any charges they bill you;
- we aren’t responsible for that provider’s service, outages or changes.
You can disconnect a service at any time, or ask us to do it for you.
Setup and support
When you ask, we may set things up for you, such as workflows, message templates, AI agents and phone numbers. Check them before they go live: you’re still responsible for who they contact and what they say.
Our staff can sign in to your account to set it up, give support, and keep ACP running and secure.
Acceptable use
Don’t use ACP to:
- send spam, or contact people without the consent the law requires;
- break the law, mislead people or harass anyone;
- upload malware, or content you don’t have the right to use;
- get into accounts or data that aren’t yours, or test or get around ACP’s security;
- overload ACP, or copy, resell or reverse engineer it;
- scrape ACP or run bots against it, other than through tools we provide.
Fees
If you pay for ACP, we’ll agree the price with you in writing before we charge you. ACP may also come included with another service you buy from us. Usage on services connected with your own account, such as call minutes, texts and AI usage, is billed to you by those providers, unless we agree in writing to bill it ourselves.
Changes and availability
We keep improving ACP, so features can change, be added or be removed. We work to keep ACP running and your data backed up, but we can’t promise it will always be available or free of errors. We may pause it briefly for maintenance and updates.
Suspending or closing an account
You can stop using ACP at any time. To close your company’s account, email support@acp.cx.
We may suspend or close an account if it breaks these terms, puts other people or ACP at risk, or has fees overdue. Where we can, we’ll tell you first and give you a chance to fix the problem.
After an account closes, you have 30 days to ask us for a copy of your data. Then we delete it, except what the law requires us to keep. Copies in our encrypted backups clear within 12 months.
Other agreements
If you buy leads from RevRocket, which HS Ventures Inc. also runs, RevRocket’s Terms apply to those orders. If we’ve signed a separate written agreement with you, it wins where it conflicts with these terms.
Limits on our liability
ACP is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent the law allows, we make no promises about ACP beyond the ones in these terms, including that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or suited to a particular purpose.
To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits, lost commissions, lost data or business interruption. Our total liability for all claims about ACP is limited to the greater of what you paid us for ACP in the 12 months before the claim, or CAD $100.
Claims from your use
If someone makes a claim against us because of data you put into ACP, how you contacted people through it, or because you broke these terms or the law, you’ll cover our resulting losses and costs, including reasonable legal fees.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. The courts in Toronto, Ontario have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute about these terms or ACP.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We’ll post the new version here with a new effective date, and email account admins about significant changes before they take effect. If you keep using ACP after a change takes effect, the new terms apply.
General
These terms, our Privacy Policy and any written agreement we’ve signed with you are the whole agreement between you and us about ACP. If part of these terms can’t be enforced, the rest still applies. If we don’t enforce a term right away, we can still enforce it later. You can’t transfer these terms to someone else without our written agreement. We may transfer them as part of a merger or sale of our business.
